L61, L62 BASO Pilot Switches
 The
L61 and L62 Series safety shutoff devices are for use on standing
pilot equipment that requires main burner shutoff when the pilot
flame heating the thermocouple is extinguished.
Typical applications include domestic central heating,
commercial space heating appliances, industrial processing
equipment, etc. The
L61LL-1 & L62AA-5 are for use with natural gas only.
The L62GB-1, 3 may be used with natural or LP gas and has a
maximum operation pressure of 0.5 psi.
Q90 Pilot Assemblies
These pilot kits are used for replacements of certain ignition
pilots on various appliances. The Q90AA-1 and Q90BB-1 models
are used for residential furnaces, the Q90CC-1 for unit heaters,
the Q99DD-1 for rooftop units and the Q99EA-1 for residential
furnaces.
VLV Series Valve Replacements
 Replaces
a variety of redundant gas valves. They are combination redundant valves available
with or without a pressure regulator.
Y58 Series Electrode Assemblies
 These assemblies are used with Direct Spark Ignition (DSI) systems.
Various combinations of electrodes, ground rods and sensing
probes are available.
Y70 Series Pipe Thread Grease
 Y70 grease is specially compounded to provide excellent lubrication
at temperatures ranging from 32 to 175 degrees F. It will not
run at high temperature and remains plastic at low temperatures.
The grease is sold single tubes in display cartons or in one-gallon
containers.
Y71 Series Combination Gas Valve Regulator Conversion Kit
 The kits are designed for use with all BASO and Johnson Controls
G93, G96, G195, G196 and VLV gas valves. These kits can be
used to change a regulator from natural gas to LP or from LP
to natural gas operation. They can also be used to convert
a regulating valve to a non-regulating valve.
Y99 Series Valve Connection Reducer Kit
 The valve connection reducer kit allows easy conversion of any
valve or regulator pipe connections in the field. The kit does not
alter the face-to-face dimensions. The kit contains four male and
female bushings.
Y99AB Test Kit
Y99AR-1 Pilot Burner Tubing
 Pilot
burner tubing is available pre-packaged in a 1/4" by 60"
bag. Four ¼" cc fittings are included with the tubing kit.
